Most of them run entirely in your browser: what you type stays with you. Those that need the network say exactly where they go.
A few do part of their work on the r-no.fr server, because a browser cannot (sending a ping, for instance): they are tagged server. Their server code is shown with its fingerprint, but you cannot check from your browser that it is what runs: for that part, you have to trust R-no.
No account, no cookie, no ads. One audience measurement, self-hosted and cookieless: it counts visits, and never sees what you type.
Everything is said on the page: the code that runs and its fingerprint, what is sent and to whom, what the server keeps, and the tool's limits.
